Refund and Returns Policy

Payments & Refunds

The Service is made available on a per plan/package basis. The prices for various practice sessions\ are subject to
change. For some of the plans, there might be introductory offers under which there will be discounts offered and price for a particular session may be increased once the initial offers are over. numeroplaced will not be responsible for the difference in pricing for different users for the same practice sessions due to variation in duration, purchase channel, or other possible discrepancies.

We use Razorpay as our Payment partner. Payment Confirmation receipt will be sent to the users once they purchase any services offered by numeroplaced. This receipt will act as a single proof of Payment done at your end and Payment acknowledged from numeroplaced.

For Candidates/Customers:

• For any packages offered by numeroplaced, the 1:1 Mock Interview session will be scheduled only after talking to the candidates and the mentor. Only after confirming the availability & convenience of both the parties will numeroplaced go ahead with the scheduling of the session.
• Once the session is scheduled, the candidate can contact numeroplaced: Minimum 12 hours before the session commences, for any reschedule request.
• Any request to reschedule the upcoming session will not be entertained if the candidate reaches out to numeroplaced when there is less than 12 hours for the session to commence. The session will continue to start at the pre-decided time in such cases.
• If the candidate is not satisfied with the overall experience offered by numeroplaced, numeroplaced will arrange a new session for the candidate with a different mentor of same or more expertise, without any extra cost.
• However, if the candidate is still not satisfied with the experience offered by numeroplaced, they will receive complete refund of the payment done. Once refund is done, their package will be deemed as Cancelled.Once any services is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or be refuted by the candidate on any ground except for the one mentioned above.

‍For Mentors:

• Mentors who are delivering numeroplaced’s services are bound to comply with the number of deliverables assigned and informed to them at the commencement. These deliverables per candidate may be in the form of: Number of interviews to conduct, the obligation to respond to candidate’s request/query, adhere to and be available at the prescheduled time, the minimum amount of tenure the interview takes place, completion of CV curating if the candidate has opted for such service.
• The mentors would be compensated at the end of the week after referring to the number of sessions/hours the mentor has spent with the candidates in that week.
• numeroplaced has different Tiers of Mentors based on their experience, punctuality score and reliability index. Compensation would be made as per the pre-decided agreed amount during the Mentor onboarding process.
• For any packages offered by numeroplaced, the 1:1 Mock Interview session will be scheduled only after talking to the candidates and the mentor. Only after confirming the availability & convenience of both the parties will numeroplaced go ahead with the scheduling of the session.
• In case of any emergency or some other grounds, the Mentors are requested to contact numeroplaced and gives them a heads up about their unavailability, 12 hours before the scheduled session.
• Failure to do so, would compel numeroplaced to lower your reliability index. Mentors with high reliability index are more prone to get more candidates.

Cancellation

‍You are responsible for properly cancelling your account. The account owner (as defined in the registration procedure) can cancel the account at any time by sending a mail to us. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is canceled. If You cancel the Service after completing the payment, there will be no refund allowed and if an account is deactivated before you consume the service.

numeroplaced reserves the right to:
• modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof)
• refuse any current and future use of the Service, suspend or terminate your account (any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any of your content in the Service, for any reason, including, if numeroplaced believes that You have violated these TOE.
• However, if the candidate is still not satisfied with the experience offered by numeroplaced, they will receive complete refund of the payment done. Once refund is done, their package will be deemed as Cancelled.
• Once any services is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or be refuted by the candidate on any ground except for the one mentioned above.
